In naturopathy, I offer holistic support through either a single session or a package of three sessions. All sessions are conducted online. This support is specifically designed for women to help you improve digestion, regain vitality and energy, manage stress, and find natural solutions for your menstrual cycle issues (PMS, dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea, PCOS, endometriosis…) as well as other hormonal, digestive, and immune-related issues. The naturopathy consultation is a one-on-one session lasting about 1h15 to 1h30, during which all aspects of your lifestyle are discussed: professional and personal life rhythm, eating habits, sleep quality, physical activity, and the functioning of all body systems. It ends with a vitality assessment and a series of morphological observations. After your appointment, I will send you a personalized Vital Health Program via email within 48 hours of our meeting. This is a set of lifestyle recommendations tailored to your specific needs. This protocol includes: customized advice (sometimes accompanied by practical guides), natural techniques to better manage stress, improve sleep, get moving, supplement recommendations that meet high-quality standards, and a recipe booklet. The naturopathic support includes: • A consultation of 1h15 to 1h30 • Defining your long-term goals and needs together • Your Vital Health Program • A guide to hormonal nutrition • A guide to your cycle and your inner seasons For the 3-session package: • 2 follow-up consultations of 30 to 45 minutes, spaced 4 weeks apart • Protocol updated at each meeting The 3-session format aims for sustainable results and allows us to track your progress.
